Abstract

This article analyzes the technological development trends of airbag
systems in automobiles, their design features, and their impact on driver and
passenger safety. The study examines the functional structure of airbag systems,
modern sensor technologies, integration with vehicle interiors, and intelligent control
algorithms. Furthermore, the influence of airbags on human anatomy and injury
mechanisms is evaluated based on scientific sources and the experience of modern
automobile manufacturers. The results of the study indicate that improving airbag
systems on innovative and ergonomic principles is an important factor in enhancing
the passive safety level of vehicles.
